Flyte Details for Party Planning

Reservations:

Group Sizes:

Flyte is perfect for a group of 8, with 12 being the maximum.

Price:

Flyte is available as either a dinner or leisurely lunch experience. Plan for three hours- or longer if you like to linger. $100 per person plus tax and gratuity, for 4-12 people. $400 minimum per event. Price includes food, but does not include beverages. Flyte can suggest the perfect wine for each course and will arrange delivery.

Locations:

Look for the Flyte Private Dining Club to come in Fall 2007 or host at your own home. For dining without boundaries at a locale off site, let us know what you have in mind, or we'd be happy to make suggestions. For an additional fee Flyte can reserve the site, secure any permits and arrange for seating and supplies for your party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds:

A credit card number and deposit are required to hold a reservation date. At the time of your reservation, 50% of the agreed contract total will be charged to your credit card as a deposit. The balance of any amount due shall be presented for full payment upon the conclusion of the event.

Cancellations:

With 10 or more days notice, your deposit will be fully refunded.

With less than 10 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

With less than one day notice, or in the event you are a "no show", your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining contract balance will be charged to your credit card.
